RNP School Management Software is an all-in-one digital ERP platform that simplifies administrative workflows, fee management, student records, and school operations. We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to produce high-impact product demos, short-form promotional videos, tutorials, and social media ads. Key Responsibilities Edit engaging product walk-throughs, UI/UX screen recordings, feature explainers, and software promotional videos. Create short-form video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn clips) optimized for retention and viewer engagement. Add motion graphics, kinetic typography, screen zoom/pan effects, callouts, and cursor animations to highlight software features. Sync background music, sound design (SFX), and voiceovers for clean, professional audio delivery. Repurpose long-form tutorial or demo content into bite-sized marketing clips. Requirements Proven experience as a Video Editor or Motion Graphics Artist with a strong portfolio/showreel (software demo or SaaS video experience is a strong plus). Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut. Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, typography, and visual hierarchy. Ability to turn raw screen recordings and voiceovers into polished marketing material. Good communication and adherence to turnaround deadlines.
