- Project Management & Scheduling: Reviewing progress against timelines, updating work schedules, and coordinating subcontractors and laborers, as described in this LinkedIn post.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Enforcing safety protocols, conducting safety checks, and ensuring all workers follow legal safety standards.
