Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Web Developer with 5+ years of expertise in WordPress and Laravel (mandatory). The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in managing a team, and the ability to handle client communication and project delivery timelines efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain websites using WordPress and Laravel
- Lead and manage a team of 4–5 developers
- Handle client communication and understand project requirements
- Plan, assign, and track project timelines to ensure timely delivery
- Perform code reviews and ensure best coding practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize web applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project execution
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in WordPress and Laravel (mandatory)
- Minimum 1+ year of team handling experience (4–5 members)
- Strong understanding of web development concepts and frameworks
- Experience in client handling and project management
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience working in an agency or fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
