CLASSYPOLITAN, a fashion and clothing retail showroom in Kuchaman City, is hiring a Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations - opening/closing, cleanliness, visual merchandising
- Achieve sales targets and motivate the team
- Handle stock/inventory management
- Maintain customer service standards and resolve complaints
- Monitor staff attendance and shift scheduling
- Handle cash management and prepare daily sales reports
- Train new staff and ensure store policies are followed
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Basic computer knowledge (billing software, Excel)
- Leadership and team management ability
- Strong customer handling skills
- Honesty and responsibility
Qualification: 12th pass or Graduate (fashion retail experience preferred)
Experience: 3-5 years in retail/sales preferred
