Role & responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
2. Ensure product availability, visibility, merchandising, and execution of promotional activities at retail outlets.
3. Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
4. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback, and share insights with management.
5. Ensure timely order collection, stock replenishment, and coordination with Please check HD for sales officer

6. Track sales performance, outlet productivity, and market share within the assigned territory.
7. Implement company sales strategies, trade schemes, and product launch activities effectively.
8. Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company credit policies.
