Job Title: Project Manager – High-Rise Residential Projects

Job Title: Project Manager – High-Rise Residential Projects (Mivan)
- Responsible for end-to-end execution and delivery of high-rise residential projects using Mivan Aluminium Formwork technology.
- Plan and execute projects from excavation, substructure, superstructure, finishing, testing & commissioning through final handover.
- Develop project execution strategies, construction methodologies, resource deployment plans, and project schedules.
- Ensure achievement of project milestones in line with approved timelines and business objectives.
- Manage Mivan formwork operations including planning, material utilization, assembly, dismantling, maintenance, and cycle optimization.
- Drive slab cycle targets and monitor productivity to ensure fast-track construction delivery.
- Coordinate structural, architectural, finishing, infrastructure, and MEP activities for seamless project execution.
- Ensure strict compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality standards.
- Lead site teams comprising construction managers, engineers, planning engineers, QA/QC engineers, safety officers, and MEP teams.
- Monitor project progress through daily, weekly, and monthly reviews and implement corrective actions wherever required.
- Manage and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and suppliers to achieve project targets.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, materials, machinery, and Mivan formwork systems.
- Review contractor bills, certifications, work progress, variations, and claims.
- Control project budgets and monitor costs against approved estimates.
- Identify risks, delays, and bottlenecks and implement effective mitigation plans.
- Ensure achievement of quality benchmarks related to Mivan construction, including alignment, dimensional accuracy, concrete finish, and structural quality.
- Conduct regular quality audits and ensure closure of NCRs and quality observations.
- Enforce company safety standards and statutory compliance requirements across all project activities.
- Drive a zero-incident safety culture through regular inspections, training, and audits.
- Coordinate with Design, Contracts, Procurement, Planning, Finance, CRM, and Legal departments for project requirements.
- Participate in management review meetings and present project progress, risks, and recovery plans.
- Manage approvals, inspections, and interactions with local authorities and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure timely completion of finishing works, snag closure, customer inspection requirements, and handover activities.
- Maintain all project documentation, reports, records, approvals, and compliance registers.
- Deliver projects within approved timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety parameters.
Qualification & Experience
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 15–18 years of experience in residential construction projects.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Manager handling high-rise residential projects.
- Strong experience in Mivan Aluminium Formwork construction.
- Proven experience in delivering multi-tower residential developments.
