- Manage overall operations of the bakery production plant.
- Lead sales performance and business development.
- Prepare sales analysis, forecasting, and sales models.
- Supervision production, dispatch, maintenance, quality control, and finance coordination.
- Ensure smooth operations and achieve business targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role or FMCG industry.
- Valid Driving License 2 & 4
- Good computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
- Strong leadership, analytical, and operational management skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
