Position: Sales Manager
Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA (Preferred)
Experience: 8–10 years of experience in the Automobile Industry
Location: Thodupuzha
Salary: 6 Lacs
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the dealership sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
- Drive new vehicle sales while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure effective lead management and conversion through CRM and follow-up processes.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and sales events.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the procurement team to ensure vehicle availability.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance dashboards for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, dealership standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
