Role Overview
The Master Language Trainer will be responsible for overseeing and managing language training
programs across government schools. This role involves supervising approximately 50 language
trainers, ensuring quality delivery, conducting audits, and supporting content development and
recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
Trainer Management & Monitoring
· Supervise and manage a pool of ~50 language trainers deployed across government schools.
· Conduct regular monitoring of training sessions to ensure quality standards.
· Provide feedback, coaching, and performance improvement support to trainers.
Audit & Quality Assurance
· Conduct periodic audits of training sessions and documentation.
· Ensure adherence to curriculum, delivery standards, and reporting protocols.
· Prepare audit reports and share actionable insights.
Content Design & Development
· Design and standardize language training content and modules.
· Align content with project requirements and learning objectives.
· Continuously improve content based on feedback and assessments.
Recruitment & Selection
· Manage end-to-end recruitment process for language trainers.
· Screen and shortlist candidates based on defined criteria.
· Conduct interviews and coordinate with internal stakeholders for final selection.
Stakeholder Management
· Coordinate with school authorities, project teams, and internal stakeholders.
· Address operational challenges and ensure smooth program execution.
· Maintain regular communication and reporting with management.
Reporting & Documentation
· Maintain records of trainer performance, attendance, and audits.
· Share periodic MIS reports and updates with leadership.
Eligibility Criteria
· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in relevant field (Languages, Education, or related).
· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in training, preferably in language programs.
· Experience in team handling and trainer supervision preferred.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
