About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and organized Social Media Intern. This role focuses on day-to-day operational tasks that keep our social media channels running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn the backend operations of social media as well as Creative side.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain content calendar and ensure timely posting

Monitor and respond to basic comments and direct messages

Upload and organize content assets (images, videos, captions)

Track daily/weekly performance metrics and prepare simple reports

Update social media profiles and bios when required

Assist in basic hashtag research and competitor monitoring

Help manage community engagement (liking, sharing, basic replies)

Support the team with operational tasks like data entry, folder organization, and tool management

Flag important comments or issues to the senior team
