Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our admission team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, counselling them about various courses, scheduling appointments, and supporting the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Explain courses, fees, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Follow up on enquiries generated through social media, website, and offline campaigns.
- Schedule counselling sessions and campus visits.
- Maintain daily call reports and update CRM/Excel records.
- Convert leads into admissions.
- Handle inbound admission-related enquiries professionally.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
Requirements
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.
- Good communication skills in Bengali and Hindi. English communication is an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email).
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, or education counselling preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

We are seeking an energetic Marketing Executive to promote our educational programs, generate student leads, build relationships with schools and coaching centres, and support admission campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit schools, colleges, coaching centres, and local communities for student outreach.
- Conduct educational seminars, career guidance sessions, and promotional activities.
- Generate quality admission leads.
- Build relationships with school authorities and local organizations.
- Coordinate educational fairs and admission drives.
- Execute offline marketing campaigns.
- Assist in digital marketing activities when required.
- Prepare daily marketing reports.
Requirements
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel locally.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
- Experience in education marketing or sales is preferred.
