ScriptoFi is looking for a Product Designer (UI/UX) who brings strong visual craft, sharp UX thinking, and the ability to work independently using AI-agent-driven design workflows — to design and ship product experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with the Product Architect, contributing your design perspective across product discovery, requirements, and solution ideation. The Architect leads product direction; you bring the design lens — translating strategy into intuitive, well-crafted interfaces that users trust. The primary expectation is clear: independently design and ship UI/UX end-to-end using an AI-agent-driven workflow, with the judgment to prompt, iterate, and QC the output to a production standard. K E Y R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S
- Independently design and ship UI/UX end-to-end using AI design agent workflows — including prompt-driven design, iteration, and QC to production standard.
- Contribute the design perspective in product discovery, requirement gathering, and solution ideation sessions alongside the Product Architect.
- Participate in user research and stakeholder interviews as part of collaborative discovery to inform design decisions.
- Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
- Design intuitive, scalable interfaces for web and mobile applications aligned with user needs and business objectives.
- Build and maintain design systems and component libraries that scale consistently across products.
- Ensure all designs meet WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA accessibility standards.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate implementation and maintain design quality through delivery.
R E Q U I R E D S K I L L S & Q U A L I F I C AT I O N S
3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or equivalent role. Portfolio demonstrating shipped web and mobile products — applications without a portfolio will not be considered. Proficiency with AI design agents as a core part of your workflow — prompt-driven design using Claude Design, Figma Make, UX Pilot, Uizard, or equivalent, with strong judgment to refine and QC outputs. Expert proficiency in Figma — Design Systems, Auto Layout, Variables, Components, and Prototyping.
Proven ability to work independently — own your design surface, manage your workflow, and deliver without close supervision. Deep understanding of UX principles, information architecture, interaction design, and usability best practices. Strong visual design foundation — typography, spatial hierarchy, colour, and consistency at scale. Experience with usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and data-informed design iteration. Knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA accessibility standards and inclusive design practices. Clear communication — able to articulate design rationale and produce concise design documentation.
P R E F E R R E D Q U A L I F I C AT I O N S
- Prior experience designing Web3 or dApp interfaces.
- Familiarity with Web3-native UX patterns — wallet connection, transaction signing, gas/fee communication, key & seed-phrase UX, on-chain state, latency, finality, and irreversibility. Experience with SaaS, FinTech, AI, or B2B digital products.
- Experience building and scaling design systems across multiple product lines.
- Familiarity with analytics and user behaviour insight tools (e.g. Mixpanel, Hotjar, FullStory).
- Good hands on expereince related to design Thinking, Design AI Tools like Figma Make, Claude, Gemini Etc.

- Work on real Web3 products — your designs ship to users on Ethereum mainnet.
