Position Overview :
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Design Engineer to design, develop, and review electrical systems and drawings for projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of electrical engineering principles, experience with design software, and the ability to prepare accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with industry standards.·
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare electrical designs, layouts, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
· Develop Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), General Arrangement (GA) drawings, and panel layouts.
· Design electrical control panels and prepare Bills of Materials (BOM).
· Select suitable electrical components based on project requirements.
· Review and modify electrical drawings as per client specifications.
· Coordinate with mechanical, production, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
· Ensure all designs comply with applicable electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
· Prepare technical documentation, design calculations, and project reports.
· Provide technical support during manufacturing, installation, testing, and commissioning.
· Resolve design-related issues and implement design improvements.
Preferred Skills:
· Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, standards, and electrical systems.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD/AutoCAD Electrical; familiarity with EPLAN, ETAP, or similar electrical design software is an added advantage.
· Experience in control panel design or renewable energy projects will be an added advantage.
· Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
· Knowledge of IEC, IS, and other relevant electrical standards and codes.
· Familiarity with electrical design calculations, including load calculations, cable sizing, and component selection.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
