About the Role
We are seeking a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer with 4+ years of experience in designing modern, user-centric web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and be comfortable interacting directly with clients. Key Responsibilities
- Gather and understand business and user requirements.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Develop responsive designs and maintain design consistency across platforms.
- Conduct usability studies and incorporate user feedback into designs.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders.
- Present design concepts and solutions to internal teams and clients.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design standards, and technologies.
Required Skills
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong proficiency in:
o Figma
o Adobe XD
o Adobe Photoshop
o Illustrator (preferred)
o Wireframing
o Prototyping
o User Interface Design
o Responsive Design
o Design Systems
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application designs.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is an added advantage.
Communication Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Comfortable attending client meetings and presenting design solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience working with international clients.
- Experience in designing SaaS, POS, ERP, CRM, or mobile applications is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of accessibility and usability standards.
