About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized HR Admin Executive who can efficiently manage HR operations along with administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate should possess strong coordination, communication, and multitasking abilities to ensure smooth day-to-day employee and office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintaining employee attendance, leave records, and coordinating payroll inputs.
- Handling travel arrangements and booking flight/train tickets for employees.
- Coordinating and booking guest house/accommodation arrangements for employees and clients.
- Managing vendor coordination and maintaining vendor relationships.
- Conducting employee engagement and employee welfare activities.
- Preparing HR-related letters, employee documentation, and maintaining records.
- Supporting induction and employee coordination activities.
- Managing office administration activities and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Coordinating with different departments for operational and administrative requirements.
- Maintaining employee databases and HR records.
- Handling employee queries related to HR and administration.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in vendor management and travel coordination.
- Knowledge of onboarding, attendance management, and HR operations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR software.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple responsibilities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
