Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Assistant to support our finance and accounts operations. The ideal candidate should have good accounting knowledge, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced wholesale business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and cash management.
- Maintain ledgers and account books.
- Support GST-related documentation and accounting processes.
- Coordinate with other departments for account-related matters.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and MIS.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting records.
Qualifications
- B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel is preferred.
- Basic understanding of GST and accounting principles.
