Key Requirements:
✅ Experience as a Business Analyst in the General Insurance domain
✅ Strong knowledge of Motor Claims & Commercial Claims
✅ Requirement Gathering, BRD/FRD Documentation & UAT
✅ Stakeholder Management & Process Analysis
✅ Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence
✅ Good communication and analytical skills
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Prepare BRD/FRD and functional specifications
- Coordinate with business, IT, and stakeholders
- Conduct UAT and support system enhancements
- Perform gap analysis and process improvement initiatives
- Manage end-to-end requirements for new and existing products
