Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
- Follow safety, hygiene, and alcohol-serving guidelines.
Requirements
- Prior bartending or hospitality experience preferred, but freshers with passion and willingness to learn are welcome.
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes and drink preparation is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
