Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead, develop, and continuously improve our sales team. The Sales Head will be responsible for building a strong and capable sales workforce, driving sales performance, strengthening customer relationships, expanding market coverage, and ensuring consistent achievement of business targets.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a data-driven approach, excellent customer-handling abilities, and the capability to closely monitor and improve the team's day-to-day sales activities.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
