Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to support the execution of residential interior projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) from design drawings, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, tracking project expenses, facilitating payment releases, and ensuring smooth backend operations throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) based on architectural and interior design drawings.
- Review drawings and specifications to identify material quantities and project requirements.
- Coordinate with designers, procurement, vendors, and site teams to ensure timely execution.
- Maintain project documentation, including BOQs, purchase orders, work orders, invoices, and approvals.
- Track site expenses and maintain cost records against project budgets.
- Verify vendor bills, processing and release payment.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate procurement schedules.
- Prepare project progress reports, expense summaries, and payment status reports.
- Follow up with vendors, contractors, and internal departments to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain project MIS, documentation, and filing systems.
- Support project managers with backend coordination, scheduling, and administrative activities.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and documentation standards.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of BOQ preparation from interior design drawings.
- Ability to interpret architectural and interior layout drawings.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and project documentation.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and cost tracking.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in residential or commercial interior projects.
- Experience in BOQ preparation, project coordination, and vendor management.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD drawings is preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
