Job Description
Elaterz is hiring enthusiastic and confident Telecaller Executives for product sales. The role involves contacting customers over the phone, explaining products, generating sales, and maintaining customer relationships.
This is a work-from-office position. Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with good communication skills and a positive attitude will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products, offers, and promotions clearly.
- Generate sales and achieve daily/monthly targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain customer records and call reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Requirements
- Graduate or 12th Pass (Any Stream).
- Freshers are welcome.
- Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus).
- Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
