We help individuals and families navigate the Australian visa system with accuracy and confidence. We are expanding our operations and seeking a skilled Australia Visa Filing Officer to join our expert team.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and lodge Australia visa applications (student, skilled, visitor, 485, employer sponsored visas) via IMMI online portal
- Collect, verify and compile client documents — CoE, financials, GTE, health, police clearance, etc.
- Assist clients in drafting strong GTE (Genuine Temporary Entrant) statements
- Monitor application timelines and follow up with the Department of Home Affairs on pending cases
- Counsel clients on visa conditions, obligations, and post-grant requirements
- Stay updated on Australian immigration law changes, ESOS Act, and Home Affairs circulars
- Maintain organised, up-to-date records of all client files and application statuses
- Meet monthly filing targets and contribute to overall team performance goals

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
