Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Deputy Sales Consultant with 4.5–5.5 years of experience in Management Consulting or Sales (Outbound Direct Sales/Channel Sales). The ideal candidate will support consulting engagements, conduct market and sales analysis, collaborate with clients, and contribute to developing business growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior consultants in planning and executing consulting assignments.
- Visit client locations to understand business operations and sales processes.
- Conduct primary and secondary research to gather business insights.
- Collect and analyze financial and non-financial data.
- Interview client stakeholders, employees, and management teams to identify business challenges.
- Support the development of sales strategies and business growth initiatives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Document project learnings and create reusable knowledge assets.
- Develop analytical frameworks, validate hypotheses, and recommend practical solutions.
- Track project progress and prepare work plans, meeting minutes, and status reports.
- Support implementation of recommendations and ensure successful execution at the client site.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or any related discipline.
- MBA or BBA preferred.
Experience
- 4.5–5.5 years of experience in:
- Management Consulting (Preferred), or
- Outbound Direct Sales, or
- Channel Sales.
