About the Foundation : Sarvavardhanam Foundation is a nonprofit organisation dedicated to supporting students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) through inclusive education and empowerment initiatives. Our mission - Empowering Every Ability drives everything we do, from personalised educational approaches to community outreach and awareness.
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and purpose-driven intern to support our growing programs. This role is primarily focused on business development and operational activities that directly advance our mission - with occasional field visits to community and school settings when required.
- 80% - Business Development & Operations
- 20% - Occasional Field Visits (as needed)
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Operations:
- Support planning, scheduling, and coordination of foundation programs and initiatives
- Assist with stakeholder outreach, partnership development, and CSR engagement
- Contribute to proposal writing, grant documentation, and donor reporting
- Manage operational workflows including communications, scheduling, and record keeping
- Track program milestones, outcomes, and key deliverables
- Assist in developing content, presentations, and awareness campaigns
- Support social media coordination, digital outreach, and communications as needed
Field Visits (Occasional, as Needed):
- Accompany team members to schools, community centres, or partner organisations for specific program activities
- Assist in documenting observations and providing brief field notes to support reporting
- Support coordination with parents, school staff, and community stakeholders during visits
Educational Qualifications
- Degree in Social Work - Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) or Master of Social Work (MSW), or currently enrolled in a relevant programme
- Candidates from related fields such as Psychology, Special Education, or Rehabilitation Sciences are also encouraged to apply

- Willingness to travel locally for occasional field visits when required
