Job Title: Human Resource Manager

We are looking for a responsible and organized Human Resource Manager to manage the company’s HR activities, recruitment process, employee records, attendance, salary coordination, and overall employee management.
The selected candidate will be responsible for hiring suitable candidates, maintaining proper HR documentation, coordinating with employees, and supporting smooth day-to-day office operations. The role requires good communication skills, confidentiality, professionalism, and the ability to handle employee-related matters responsibly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
- Maintain employee records, documents, joining details, attendance, leave records, and other HR files.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and basic training schedules.
- Track attendance, leave, work timings, and employee discipline.
- Coordinate salary details, allowances, deductions, and monthly payroll information with the accounts team.
- Prepare and maintain HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, relieving letters, and experience letters.
- Handle employee queries, concerns, and workplace-related matters professionally.
- Support management in creating and implementing company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth communication and staff management.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Assist in performance tracking, probation reviews, and employee feedback processes.
- Ensure proper office discipline and professional workplace conduct.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of HR management, recruitment, and employee coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain records, documents, and employee data accurately.
- Basic knowledge of payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Good computer skills, including MS Office, Google Sheets, email, and document preparation.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Professional attitude and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to coordinate with management, employees, and candidates effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager, Recruiter, or similar role.
- Experience in recruitment through job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of basic labour compliance and HR policies will be an advantage.
- Experience in small or growing companies is preferred.
- Ability to create professional HR documents and maintain structured employee records.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
