Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to build and maintain relationships with carpenters in the assigned territory. The role involves regular field visits, carpenter engagement, market development, and promoting the company's products and schemes.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit carpenters regularly to build strong business relationships.
- Identify and onboard new carpenters within the assigned market.
- Promote company products, offers, and loyalty programs.
- Conduct carpenter meets and engagement activities.
- Gather market feedback and competitor insights.
- Site identification for business development opportunities
Requirements
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, Field Operations, or Customer Relations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory.
