Job Description of Sr. MIS Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage security guards across all plant shifts.
- Prepare and monitor duty rosters, attendance, and shift handovers.
- Control entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
- Verify gate passes for incoming and outgoing materials.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and investigate suspicious activities.
- Conduct regular patrols of the plant, warehouse, offices, parking areas, and perimeter.
- Prevent theft, pilferage, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, fire alarms, accidents, and security incidents.
- Coordinate with local police, fire department, and emergency services when required.
- Maintain security registers, incident reports, visitor records, and vehicle logs.
- Investigate security breaches and prepare detailed incident reports.
- Conduct security awareness training for guards and employees.
- Ensure all security equipment such as CCTV, access control systems, metal detectors, radios, and fire safety equipment are functional.
- Monitor contractor activities and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Assist during audits and inspections related to security and safety.
- Enforce parking, traffic, and visitor management policies within the plant.
- Recommend improvements to strengthen plant security.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
