- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms
- Schedule and conduct interviews
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Manage employee onboarding and induction process
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Address employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
- Handle exit formalities including full & final settlement coordination
- Support performance management processes
