We are looking for skilled and passionate Commis I and Commis II professionals to join our Kitchen team. The ideal candidates should have a strong interest in culinary operations and be committed to maintaining high food quality standards.
Responsibilities
Assist in food preparation and cooking according to hotel recipes and standards. Ensure proper food handling, storage, and hygiene practices. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen work area. Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations. Monitor food quality and presentation standards. Follow all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or related field. Previous kitchen experience preferred for Commis I; freshers or candidates with basic experience may apply for Commis II. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a positive attitude.
