Hiring: Contract Procurement Engineer
Location: Head Office – Vasundhara, Ghaziabad
Experience: 8–10 Years
Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end contract procurement for civil construction projects.
Finalize subcontractors and vendors through RFQs, quotation analysis, and commercial negotiations.
Prepare work orders, subcontract agreements, and contract documents.
Coordinate with estimation, QS, planning, project, and finance teams.
Ensure timely procurement, cost optimization, and contract compliance.
Maintain vendor database and procurement records.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in contract procurement and subcontract management.
Knowledge of BOQs, tendering, rate analysis, and construction contracts.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
