YES MADAM is looking for a highly experienced *SPA Head Trainer* to lead the training and capability-building function for our SPA category. This role is responsible for designing training programs, standardizing service protocols, improving therapist performance, and ensuring a world-class customer experience across the network.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in spa therapies, therapist development, quality audits, and team leadership.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
