Job Description:
The BIM Coordinator is an integral part of the design team who leads and coordinates the process of generating digital models and integrated data often referred as ‘Information’ about a project, from the design stage to the construction stage. The BIM Coordinator is often regarded as a chief figure in a project team and has responsibility for the BIM workflow and ensuring that any potential issues during modelling, clash detection and data conversion are dealt with efficiently. In general, the BIM Coordinator is the go-to person for setting up project specific guidelines and is responsible for linking information across disciplines. T he focus of the BIM-Coordinator is to keep the federated model up to date and highlight clashed and issues between the disciplines following ISO19650.
How you’ll make an impact:
Lead and drive project related BIM Use cases like: Clash and Clearance Checks , BIM-4D Simulation , Issue Management , Visualizations & Asset management.
Responsible for Hardware Integration, interfacing with RTDS, Factory Acceptance Test, Customer meetings, Site testing, Test records documentation.
