Business Operations Team Lead
About the Role:
We are searching for a data-driven Business Operations Team Lead to streamline processes, manage operational workflows, and utilize CRM data to drive business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the daily activities of the Business Operations team.
Design, generate, and maintain complex MIS reports and live dashboards for executive leadership.
Act as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Salesforce, ensuring data integrity, optimized workflows, and proper user adoption.
Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, HR, and Finance teams to align operational goals.
Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years in Business Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar data-heavy operational role.
CRM Expertise: Hands-on, advanced experience with Salesforce is mandatory.
Strong team handling and leadership experience.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, and MIS reporting
