About the Role
Bharath TVS is looking for an energetic Supervisor to lead our Sales, Service Advisory, and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) teams. If you have a passion for two-wheelers and team leadership, join us to deliver top-notch customer experiences!
Key Responsibilities
- Sales: Drive monthly sales and guide the sales team.
- Service: Assist customers at the service desk and ensure fast, quality resolutions.
- PDI: Oversee vehicle quality checks to guarantee flawless customer handovers.
- Operations: Manage daily showroom workflow and team schedules.
Requirements
- Prior experience in 2-wheeler sales, service, or PDI supervision.
- Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
- Basic computer and dealership software knowledge.
