Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound calls with potential and existing customers to understand their requirements
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads generated through inquiries, campaigns, and field teams
- Maintain and update lead data, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in CRM or tracking sheets
- Coordinate closely with the field sales team to align on meetings, demos, and closures
- Ensure timely response to all customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, or email
- Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and requirement before passing to senior sales or closing independently
- Assist in proposal sharing, quotation follow-ups, and negotiation support
- Track and ensure progress of each lead from inquiry to conversion
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve repeat business and referrals
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide regular feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
- Coordinate internally with logistics, service, and accounts teams for smooth order processing and delivery
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,674.44 per month
