About the role
We are looking for an Onboarding Specialist to help small businesses get set up online and start selling.
You work directly with business owners in your city, from the first conversation through to their first orders. Each business you bring on stays with you — the work is not handed to someone else halfway through.
This suits people who are comfortable meeting business owners and explaining something new simply: field sales, telecalling, business development, accounting and documentation support, common service centre operators, and digital marketing freelancers.
What you will do
Identify and approach small businesses in your city
Explain the service clearly and get the owner's agreement before setting anything up
Collect product details and photographs and build the business's online listings using our assisted catalogue tool
Correct listing errors and confirm the store is live
Support the business through its first orders
Keep each business's progress updated on our partner panel
What you need
Able to meet businesses in person in your city
Comfortable speaking to business owners in the local language
An Android or iOS smartphone with a working internet connection
Careful, honest handling of business information
No degree or prior online-commerce experience required — training, scripts, and a tracking panel are provided
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
