Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development & Sales • Identify, onboard, and develop new B2B partners in India, Russia, and UAE. • Manage and grow existing agent relationships to maximize revenue. • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. 2. Market Expertise • Understand travel trends, seasonality, and customer behavior in assigned markets. • Develop market-specific strategies (e.g., luxury for UAE, group series for India, charter/seasonal for Russia). 3. Product Promotion • Promote Thailand DMC products including: o Hotel bookings o Transfers & excursions o FIT & Group packages • Coordinate with product and operations teams for competitive offerings. 4. Contracting & Negotiation • Negotiate rates and commercial terms with agents. 5. Account Management • Maintain strong communication with agents (online portal + offline business). • Handle queries, escalations, and ensure service quality. 6. Sales Reporting • Track pipeline, conversion, and performance metrics. • Provide regular reports and market feedback to management.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
