1. Job Summary
The E-Commerce Executive is responsible for managing and growing the company’s online sales channels. The role includes handling product listings, monitoring online orders, coordinating with marketplaces, managing digital promotions, and ensuring smooth operations across e-commerce platforms.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Online Store Management
- Manage company products on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Shopify, or company website.
- Upload and maintain accurate product listings including descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications.
- Order Processing
- Monitor and process online orders.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order dispatch and delivery tracking.
- Inventory Management
- Maintain stock levels across e-commerce platforms.
- Update inventory regularly to prevent overselling or stock-outs.
- Customer Support
- Respond to customer queries, reviews, and complaints.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Sales Monitoring & Reporting
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze trends.
- Promotions & Campaigns
- Manage online promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for digital marketing activities.
- Marketplace Compliance
- Ensure adherence to marketplace guidelines and policies.
- Manage product approvals and account health.
- Product Content Optimization
- Improve product titles, descriptions, and keywords for better search visibility.
3. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing or E-Commerce (preferred).
4. Skills Required
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces
Pay: ₹9,610.33 - ₹16,146.80 per month
