Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Associate to support day-to-day human resources operations. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, HR documentation, employee engagement, and general HR administration.
The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to coordinate effectively with employees and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate the onboarding and induction process for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and other employee correspondence.
- Track employee attendance, leave records, and related documentation.
- Support payroll activities by providing accurate attendance and employee data to the concerned team.
- Respond to routine employee queries regarding HR policies, leave, attendance, and company procedures.
- Assist with employee engagement activities, events, and internal communication.
- Coordinate exit formalities, documentation, and exit interviews.
- Ensure HR documentation and processes comply with company policies.
- Support performance management and appraisal-related activities.
- Prepare regular HR reports and maintain accurate HR data.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR or a related role.
- Freshers with relevant HR internships may also be considered.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with HRMS/HRIS software is an advantage.
