We are looking for a Technical Field Engineer with hands-on experience in RF testing, instrumentation, and electronic system validation. The ideal candidate will support calibration, testing, troubleshooting, and validation of RF systems while ensuring high-quality technical documentation and compliance with engineering standards.
- Perform instrumentation calibration and maintain documentation for RF test environments.
- Conduct RF subsystem testing, validation, and performance evaluation.
- Troubleshoot and debug electronic circuits and RF systems at both component and system levels.
- Operate and analyze measurements using spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and other RF test equipment.
- Perform RF signal analysis, characterization, and verification.
- Ensure compliance with EMI/EMC standards and support RF shielding evaluations.
- Assist in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of RF equipment.
- Prepare technical reports, calibration records, and test documentation.
- Work closely with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve technical issues.
- Provide technical support during product development, testing, and field deployment.
- Hands-on experience with RF testing, instrument calibration, and electronic system troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of RF active and passive circuits.
- Experience using Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators, Network Analyzers, and related test equipment.
- Understanding of EMI/EMC principles, RF shielding, and signal integrity.
- Knowledge of RF components such as attenuators, couplers, isolators, circulators, and their applications.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
- Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and technical drawings.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Diploma or ITI in Electronics with relevant industry experience may also be considered.
- 2–4 years of experience in RF testing, field engineering, or electronics validation.
- Experience working with RF communication systems, aerospace, defense, or telecom projects.
- Exposure to product validation, commissioning, and field support activities.
- Familiarity with laboratory testing procedures and calibration standards.
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
