We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Admin Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Human Resources and Administrative departments. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of daily HR functions and general office administration, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
- Assist with the full cycle of recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, preparing new employee files, coordinating orientation schedules, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and physical files, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Provide administrative support for benefits administration, including assisting employees with inquiries and processing enrollment or changes.
- Assist with payroll preparation by collecting, calculating, and entering data, and resolving any discrepancies.
- Handle general office administration tasks, such as managing office supplies inventory, coordinating mail and deliveries, and maintaining office equipment.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports as required.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries, directing complex issues to the appropriate HR professional.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.
- Support various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding all HR and company information.
