Position: Peeling Supervisor

Job Summary
The Peeling Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating peeling operations in the production area. The role includes managing workers, ensuring quality standards, maintaining productivity, and following safety and hygiene procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily peeling operations and workforce.
- Ensure production targets are achieved efficiently.
- Monitor product quality and reduce wastage.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the work area.
- Train and guide workers on proper peeling procedures.
- Prepare daily production and attendance reports.
- Coordinate with production and quality departments.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials.
Requirements
- Minimum school education (10th / Plus Two preferred).
- Valid driving license is mandatory.
- Previous experience in production or seafood/food processing supervision is an advantage.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle manpower effectively.
