Position: Sales Coordinator & Admin Executive
Location: Kochi, Kerala
We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator & Admin Executive to support our growing real estate and business operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing enquiries, following up with prospects, coordinating with builders and developers, maintaining records, and assisting management with administrative tasks.
This is a full-time office-based role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with real estate enquiries received through various channels.
- Maintain accurate lead and enquiry records.
- Coordinate with builders, developers and channel partners.
- Track enquiry status and update management regularly.
- Ensure all leads are properly followed up and documented.
- Schedule meetings and site visits when required.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly enquiry reports.
- Assist management in documentation and administrative tasks.
- Organize company files, contracts and records.
- Support the GM and Finance Team with administrative coordination.
- Maintain CRM, Excel sheets and business records.
- Handle incoming calls and basic customer enquiries.
- Coordinate internally with sales, marketing and operations teams.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0-3 years experience.
- Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Email.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups efficiently.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, administration or sales coordination is preferred.
- Knowledge in accounts is a bonus.
Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
