- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Pharma Contract Manufacturing / Third Party Manufacturing Business Development or Sales & Marketing.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop long-term client relationships.
- Sound knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, contract manufacturing processes, and third-party manufacturing business.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.
