We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer who can independently manage both interior design projects and client sales interactions. The ideal candidate should have strong design expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Generate and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and design discussions.
- Prepare concept designs, mood boards, space planning, and design presentations.
- Create detailed 2D drawings in AutoCAD, including floor plans, furniture layouts, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Develop design solutions and coordinate with execution teams for project implementation.
- Prepare project quotations, BOQs, and proposals.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and market developments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 3-4 years of experience in residential and commercial interior design.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drawings and working drawings).
- Knowledge of SketchUp, 3D Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, or other design software is an added advantage.
- Proven experience in client handling, sales, and project management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong expertise in space planning and design development.
- Ability to prepare accurate and detailed AutoCAD drawings.
- Strong sales and client relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of materials, furniture, finishes, and site execution.
- Leadership skills and ability to guide junior designers.
