JOB Description
Assist in developing and evaluating new skincare, haircare, and personal care products across all stages of the pipeline
Provide hands-on technical input on product texture, application, layering, and efficacy, drawing from your cosmetology training
Coordinate with R&D for formulation trials; maintain organised records of samples, iterations, and test results and translate your user experience into clear, actionable feedback for the formulation team
Conduct regular market research to track ingredient trends, new launches, consumer sentiment, and competitor activity.
Participate in sensory evaluations and Collaborate with marketing and packaging teams to ensure product aesthetics, claims, and functionality are aligned
Support the creation of training materials and usage documentation for internal teams and end users
Ensure all development activities follow safety, quality, and regulatory standards applicable to the cosmetics industry
What we are looking for:
Solid knowledge of cosmetic formulations, ingredient categories, and product formats across skin and haircare
Awareness of current beauty trends and an understanding of what today's consumer actually wants from their routine
Detail-oriented with strong documentation and coordination skills, you keep things tidy when there are many moving parts
Basic familiarity with cosmetic regulatory guidelines in India
Clear communicator who can work across R&D, marketing, and packaging without getting lost in translation
