Roles & Responsibilities -
- Own and drive the overall e-commerce business, including revenue growth, profitability, P&L management, budgeting, and achievement of business targets across marketplaces and D2C channels.
- Lead category management, product assortment planning, pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and new product launches to maximize sales, margins, and market share.
- Manage relationships with marketplaces, vendors, brands, and strategic partners, including onboarding, commercial negotiations, performance reviews, and business expansion initiatives.
- Oversee inventory planning, demand forecasting, order fulfillment, supply chain coordination, and customer experience to ensure operational efficiency and high service levels.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and conversion through digital marketing, marketplace visibility, performance analytics, CRM initiatives, and data-driven decision-making.
- Build and lead high-performing teams while collaborating with cross-functional departments to execute business strategies, monitor key performance metrics, and identify new growth opportunities.
Required Skills -
- Strong expertise in e-commerce business management, marketplace operations, category management, P&L ownership, pricing strategy, and revenue growth.
- Proven experience in vendor management, supplier negotiations, inventory planning, demand forecasting, digital marketing, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills with proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics, and e-commerce reporting tools.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
