Job Overview:
GreenEarth Solar is looking for passionate and result-oriented candidates for the position of Area Sales Manager. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer communication, arranging client meetings, and converting prospects into potential customers for solar solutions.
This is a performance-based opportunity where attractive incentives will be provided after successful final client meetings and project confirmations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects.
- Communicate with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and field networking.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with interested customers.
- Explain basic information about solar products and services.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients.
- Coordinate with the company team for final client meetings and project closure.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and expand market reach in assigned areas.
Eligibility:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Experience in solar sales, marketing, insurance, real estate, or field sales will be preferred.
- Freshers with confidence and communication skills can also apply.
- Must have a smartphone/laptop and internet access for WFH candidates.
Compensation:
- Incentive-Based Earnings Only
- Attractive incentives will be paid after successful final client meetings and confirmed project closures.
- No fixed salary.
