Kulkarni Winches India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced ITI Mechanical Fitters for the assembly of industrial winches and related mechanical equipment at our Thane facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembly of manual and electrically operated industrial winches
- Assembly and alignment of gearboxes, shafts, bearings, drums, couplings and brakes
- Reading and understanding mechanical assembly drawings
- Checking component dimensions using measuring instruments
- Proper fitting, alignment and tightening of mechanical components
- Identifying and correcting assembly-related problems
- Conducting basic functional checks after assembly
- Maintaining assembly quality and completing work within the production schedule
- Following workplace safety and housekeeping practices
- Coordinating with the production and quality teams
Required Skills:
- 3–4 years of hands-on mechanical assembly experience
- ITI Fitter qualification is compulsory
- Experience in machine assembly, gearbox assembly or industrial equipment assembly
- Knowledge of bearings, shafts, gears, couplings, brakes and fasteners
- Ability to use vernier caliper, micrometer and other measuring instruments
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
