Key Responsibilities
- PLC & HMI Programming: Assist in developing, testing, and troubleshooting PLC programs and HMI interfaces (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.).
- Hardware Integration: Support the selection and wiring integration of sensors, actuators, servo drives, VFDs, flowmeters, and load cells.
- Shop-Floor & Field Support: Work with mechanical/electrical teams during machine assembly, trial runs, onsite installation, and initial commissioning.
- System Troubleshooting: Perform basic fault-finding on control systems, vision inspection systems, and industrial networks (Profinet, Modbus, Ethernet/IP).
- Documentation & Training: Maintain program version logs, circuit schematics, and operator manuals; assist in training client operators.
Requirements
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation Engineering (Fresh graduate or up to 1 year experience/internship).
- Technical Skills:
- Fundamental understanding of PLC logic, basic HMI design, and electrical control schematics.
- Exposure to industrial sensors, motor drives, pneumatics, and basic control theory.
- Soft Skills: Hands-on mindset, quick learner, clear communication, and willingness to travel for onsite commissioning.
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
